What this list means
Where collections open first
Every district above is one the app can already handle: an address there gets a real price, and a collector working there gets a route. That is what "set up" means.
Collections have not started yet. They open one district at a time, and which one comes first depends on where the demand is. An estate with forty units fills a collector's route by itself, so estates move a district up the list faster than anything else.
If your district is on the list, leave your number and we will tell you the week we reach it. If it is not, leave your number anyway and tell us where you are. That is how the list grows.
